How fast is delivery?
It depends on the shop and how far away you are. Before you order, Minutes shows an estimate for each shop, based on how long it takes to prepare an order plus the ride to your door. For nearby shops that's usually a matter of minutes.
Where is Minutes available?
We're launching in the UK and the US and adding neighbourhoods as local shops join. Add your address in the app to see who delivers to you, or join the waitlist below and we'll tell you when we reach your area.
Why can my basket only come from one shop?
Each order is packed by one shop and brought by one rider, which keeps it fast. If you switch shops, we'll ask before clearing your basket.
Are prices the same as in the shop?
Each shop sets its own prices on Minutes, so the same item can cost a little more or less at different shops. You always see the shop's price, the delivery fee and any service fee before you pay.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, while the shop hasn't started preparing it. After that, the order is already being packed. Contact support and we'll sort it out.
Is there an Android app?
Minutes is launching on iPhone first. Join the waitlist and we'll let you know when Android is ready.
