Using Minutes
Minutes is an app that lets you order goods from independent local shops and have them delivered. By using the app you agree to these terms.
Orders and prices
Each shop sets its own prices, stock and delivery terms. Before you pay, the app shows the item prices, delivery fee, any service fee and, where applicable, tax. An order is confirmed when the shop accepts it.
Delivery times
Delivery times shown in the app are estimates, based on the shop's preparation time and the distance to you. They are not guaranteed.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel an order until the shop starts preparing it. If something is missing, damaged or wrong, contact support and we will work with the shop to put it right.
Age-restricted items
Some items can only be sold to adults. You may be asked for ID on delivery, and the order may not be handed over without it.
