What we collect

• Account details: your phone number or email address, used to send a one-time sign-in code, and your name if you add it.
• Delivery addresses: the addresses you save, so shops can deliver to you.
• Location: with your permission, your device location, to find shops that deliver to you. You can turn this off in iOS Settings at any time.
• Orders: what you order, from which shop, and the status of each delivery.
• App usage: basic, non-identifying information about how the app is used, to fix bugs and improve it.

How we use it

We use your information to sign you in, show you nearby shops, pass your order and address to the shop and rider handling it, send order updates, and provide support. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

The shop fulfilling your order and the person delivering it see the details needed to do that — your name, address and order. We also use service providers for hosting and messaging, who process data only on our instructions.

How we keep it safe

Your sign-in session is stored in the iOS Keychain on your device. Data is sent over encrypted connections, and access to our database is restricted so each customer can only read their own records.

Your choices

You can view and edit your details in the app, and ask us to delete your account and data by emailing privacy@minutesnow.org. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights, including access, correction and objection.
